What is inclusion?
Inclusion means being together.
Everyone is included and no one is excluded.
Many experts call this being together inclusion. For me, the inclusion of all people is very important.
This film explains exactly what inclusion means. The film was produced by “Aktion Mensch,” an organization that strongly supports this issue.
Why is inclusion so important?
Everyone can help to ensure that all people become part of a community. Inclusion fights for all people, with and without disabilities, to have the same rights. Every person should be able to participate in all areas of life. Inclusion fights against discrimination against people with disabilities. No one should be excluded. No one should be alone.
This is very important because being together is a human right. It is even written in the Constitution in paragraphs 1 - 4 and 12. It states that every person must be treated equally. Every person must be able to determine their own life freely. Every person has a right to education, work, and freedom.
Everyone must participate in inclusion. This is important because anyone can become disabled. Everyone gets older and needs help.
The next video is a rap song.
It's about how accessibility still doesn't exist. Accessibility is part of inclusion. People with disabilities are angry because they are still being excluded.
